Silver Age - Laterals/Wingers

Boniperti - Juventus took him from Momo, an amateur team from Novara, immediately after the Second World War and he had never betrayed black and white colours over the course of 15 seasons. Nicknamed Marisa by his opponents, because of his blond curls, Boniperti is a very mobile, astute player, with excellent technique and an innate sense of goal.
"I had many offers. Inter, Milan, Roma, the Grande Torino. It was Valentino Mazzola who mentioned my name to Ferruccio Novo. But I told him, "I'm from Juve, I can't"».
When he ended his career, Charles said: «The loss of Boniperti, from a technical point of view, had fundamentally damaged the team, as the brain was missing, the pillar of the midfield, the man who directs and coordinates the work of his teammates, the indispensable man for a team that wants to play modern football at a national and international level».
Boniperti: "The real phenomenon of the house, however, was Gino, my brother. Only he smoked like a Turk. He would have become a champion. A tumor took him away from me".

Czibor - Known by the nickname of the Crazy Bird due to his particular personality and nervous nature on the pitch. His style of play was characterised by brilliant technique and a great deal of unpredictability, he perfectly combined his speed with his acrobatic play with the ball at his feet.

Joya - "El Negro El Once" was born in Lima, Peru. They called him the "Owner of the Olympic Stadium" because he displayed his best game in front of that Centenario stand. The reason: on that side of the field, Roque Gaston Maspoli's (Penarol's manager) instructions could not be heard.
